Sajjad Delafrooz is best known for playing the baddie in Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. His portrayal of the menacing villain, Abu Usman, has not only gained him love and appreciation from the audience and critics but also from his co-star, Salman Khan. And since it’s been 5 years since Tiger Zinda Hai and the iconic villain, Abu Usman, made their place in the hearts of the audience, Sajjad Dealfrooz shares the fitness tips he got from Bhai for his jaw-dropping body transformation.

Sajjad’s love for fitness has stayed consistent, and the actor still manages to make fans go weak in the knees by sharing small bits of his workout routine to motivate his followers and give them gym inspiration. And now, the actor has finally revealed the tips he received from Salman Khan himself that helped him transform into a ripped body. Sajjad says, “What Salman Bhai thought me is how workout and being fit leads to self-love and self-respect when you see yourself fit, lead to self-love and this will lead to loving your work, and respect your profession. He thought me more important than working out hard it’s important to work cleverly and know your body and know what your body requires.”
