Actress Amanpreet Karnawal Cooks Meals by Herself to Stay Fit and Glowing: Know Her Secret Diet Tips!

It’s been a while since actress Amanpreet Karnawal settled down in Mumbai from Chandigarh and manages her living by herself. She has earned noteworthy recognition through modeling and acting in several Ad films. Despite being busy with her career and work commitments, she manages to cook her meals as she loves her body and knows what it wants.

Recently, the actress was seen in the international melodious number ‘Believe’. The song was officially released in the Czech Republic.

The actress is rising with her inner confidence and outer beauty. She is all set to take up new projects in movies and web series. Her fit body and glowing skin are no longer a secret to us as she shares what she cooks and consumes regularly.

Other than being a regular at the gym and in yoga, she pays close attention to her diet. Thus, she believes in cooking her meals by herself. Amanpreet says; “Being a Punjabi it is very difficult to control my cravings but, I know I have to look fit and fine for the profession I am in. My diet includes lots of veggies and fruits. I do not believe in Keto, intermittent fasting, and dieting… I focus on eating healthy stuff that includes more vitamins and minerals.”

Amanpreet Karnawal continues to share her diet routine, “The formula helps me sustain the glow on my skin. I also cook my meals in Olive oil always. On the days when I wish to cheat on my diet, I love mom’s homemade food which includes Sarson ka Saag (with ghee and white butter), Rajma Chawal, and simple Daal Chawal. I don’t mind Indian Chaat also at times! I also love to cook Mexican and Italian food.”

The young, talented, and pretty actress also states that we must always eat clean and healthy stuff. Our diet must include more raw veggies and fruits. Moreover, it is essential to eat small meals rather than eating much at once.
