Nandu, filled with regret and realizing his mistakes, asks to come with them, but Shakti refuses, urging Nandu to stay and protect the family, drawing a parallel to Shiva’s loyal Nandi. Rimzim also apologizes, but Shakti firmly states, “No, this is our fight.”
Shakti and Shiv head to Manorama’s house, only to find it empty. Shiv, feeling thirsty, prompts Shakti to ask the neighbors for water, but they coldly refuse.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, the tension between Manorama and Koyal escalates. Manorama, furious, attempts to call Koyal’s mother, but Koyal furiously throws Manorama’s mobile away. Manorama slaps Koyal, and as Koyal tries to retaliate, Brijkishore intervenes, grabbing her hand to stop her. The heated argument continues until Brijkishore steps in once more to prevent further conflict.
The episode concludes with Shiv and Shakti waiting outside Manorama’s house, desperate and uncertain. An unknown figure watches them from a distance, adding a layer of mystery and anticipation.
