As the third phase of polling for the Lok Sabha Elections is underway, Kiss Ishq N Konnections (KINK) season 1 winner Varsha Hegde feels that the people of the country should cast their votes wisely. She says that the country has progressed so much lately, and even one wrong vote can prove to be a big setback in the growth of the country.
“The present ruling party has spearheaded numerous advancements, resulting in India feeling significantly better than ever before. A single misstep or an ill-chosen ruling party can set us back. Therefore, I believe the current ruling party should be given the opportunity to continue leading and further enhance our nation. I see no need for any changes in this regard,” she said.
She feels a stable and effective government, along with the help of the citizens, definitely has a positive impact on the country and its people. She said, “We now feel entirely secure, with a noticeable decrease in crime rates compared to before. This highlights the positive influence of a stable government on our country. However, it’s important to recognize that it’s not solely the government but also the collective efforts of the people that contribute to this improvement.”
Varsha’s expectations from the ongoing elections are that the nation should prosper. She added, “I desire a reduction in poverty, increased educational opportunities for children, and more job prospects for adults. Moreover, I yearn for sustained peace, harmony, and an end to religious conflicts.”
