Actors share invaluable lessons learned from their teachers

Each of us have teachers who have inspired us and profoundly contributed to our lives. Teachers’ Day, celebrated annually, honours the significance of teachers in our lives. &TV artists Aayudh Bhanushali (Krishna, Doosri Maa), Yogesh Tripathi (Daroga Happu Singh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Charrul Malik (Rusa, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) share heartfelt sentiments for their teachers for imparting invaluable wisdom to their lives. Aayudh Bhanushali, aka Krishna from Doosri Maa, shares, “I really love and respect Saroj Mam, who happens to be my class teacher. She always motivates me. I approach her for my school homework. She is kind, shares knowledge with me, and always offers me guidance. She enables me to maintain the right balance to prosper academically as well as with my acting commitments. The lessons of life, woven into stories and examples, have consistently enlightened me, contributing significantly to my personal growth. Like her, I have many teachers in my school who motivate and inspire me. Whenever I encounter challenges or feel stuck, they all help me. I treasure their wisdom and their teachings propel me to give my best.”

Yogesh Tripathi, Daroga Happu Singh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “On this Teacher’s Day, I want to convey my heartfelt gratitude for my favourite chemistry teacher, Mr. Hameed Beg Sir. He is the one who has left the most profound impact on my academic life. Even though I never possessed strong academic skills and found chemistry extremely difficult, he simplified the subject for me. Whenever he presented a new concept, he made it comprehensible, employing the best examples to ensure clarity. His cheerfulness and politeness make him an exceptional educator. His modest approach towards his students has consistently been a wellspring of inspiration. Despite his extensive teaching experience, he continuously strives to innovate and refine his teaching techniques. He seeks knowledge through collaboration and explores inventive ways to engage and motivate students. This is a valuable lesson that I have incorporated in my life. As an actor, I embrace experimentation and continuous learning to hone my craft. Recently, I surprised him with a visit, and witnessing my growth as an actor brought him immense happiness. He shared his belief that I have made the right career choice. His influence on my life is immeasurable, and I remain eternally grateful for his unwavering support and guidance.” Charrul Malik, Rusa from Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “This Teachers’ Day, I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to Binaiferr Kohli ma’am. She is a visionary, and her remarkable contributions as a renowned producer deserve special recognition. Thanks to her unwavering support, my journey as an actor has been a success after a long and successful career in journalism. I cannot fathom how different my life would have been without her invaluable presence. In every challenge I faced, she stood by my side. I will always be thankful to her for considering me for the role of Rusa. She guided me during moments of uncertainty but also empowered me to showcase my true potential.”
