Bijay J Anand shares his thoughts on the real essence of Diwali, talks about being there for the needy and the unprivileged during the time of festivities

Bijay J Anand is someone who remains busy throughout the year. As a versatile artiste who wears multiple hats at the same time, it is only natural that a major chunk of his time goes towards his work commitments. Apart from being a talented actor, he’s also a wellness and fitness coach, International Yoga guru and no wonder, his teachings inspire and help lakhs of students all over the globe. Even for the most hardworking person on Earth, taking a break is very important and well, for someone like Bijay who’s always on the run, the time for Diwali is the perfect time to do so and chill with family. Ahead of the festival, the multi-talented personality shares an important message. While the message is loud and clear about the fact that firecrackers are not to be used for the sake of the environment, Bijay has a rather heartfelt message for everyone that has the potential to bring smiles on the faces of many. Regarding the same, he shares and we quote,

“Well, I would love to see everyone around me celebrate Diwali with perfection. Please enjoy the time with family and everyone near and dear to you. Yes, you can also eat your share of sweets. You can always do your workout and yoga a little extra post the same to shed those extra calories. Everything is super cool. However, amidst all our joy and fun, it’s important to not forget that there’s also a section of people who can’t enjoy these experiences due to lack of finances or anything else. Hence, I would suggest festivals don’t mean happiness for yourselves, but also others around you, especially the ones for whom its too costly. So this Diwali, do your bit in whatever capacity possible for the ones who are underprivileged and can’t do it themselves. The happier people are around us, the better we get together as a society. Wishing everyone a very Happy and safe Diwali. Jai Hind.”

Well, here’s wishing all our readers a very Happy Diwali and stay tuned for more updates.
