Traveling is not easy, while it requires a lot of planning, there are a few things which are a must for us when we are traveling, irrespective of the place we are traveling to. So we asked a few celebrities the two things they never forget even if they are going on a small trip, and here’s what they had to say:
Sharad Malhotra: When traveling I mostly carry a mint mouth freshener and a portion of dark chocolate. Mint for refreshment and chocolates to calm down my sudden sugar cravings.
Vijay Pushkar: When I am traveling, I always carry mint, chocolate and gum in my sling bag. Mint gives me refreshment, and chocolate is my emergency snack and gums save me from ear block during the flight.
Sucheeta Trivedi: I carry fennel seeds, cardamom and cloves, as mouth freshness. Other than that I never forget to carry thepla, fafda, and ganthiya, because I love to munch on something while traveling.
Angad Hasija: I always carry mint and protein biscuits. During travel, you want to munch on something, so I carry protein biscuits for that. Also, water is compulsory for me.
Kettan Singh: When I am traveling, I always carry gums and chocolates with me. I get bored very easily, so gums not only act as refreshments but also a good time pass. And chocolates, who doesn’t love it, it lifts up my mood and also acts as an energy booster.
Nishant Singh Malkhani: I always carry mint along with protein en bars. On many occasions, I don’t get proper time to eat while shuffling between shoots, travel and meetings, so I keep these nutritious bars to keep me going and beat the hunger. And mint, who doesn’t like that? Fresh breath is always welcome.
Aditi Patankar-Gupta: When traveling I always carry almonds and chocolates. They work great as energy bars and lifts your mood too.
Avinash Mukherjee: A pack of assorted dry fruits and mints. When you are traveling you need a lot energy so the first is for that, and mints are to just refresh your mouth and also your mood.
