The Thursday episode of Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot’s “Chikoo – Ye Ishq Nachaye” started with Mini telling Dhanush that though Chikoo has no chance of winning the scholarship, they need to do something so that she gives up. She tells him that if by chance Chikoo gets it, then Dhanush will become a zero. She tells him a plan to get Chikoo.
Meanwhile, Chikoo is looking for Nikhil. Nikhil was supposed to take her on a college tour, but she finds Dhanush standing there. Dhanush tells her that she will get a VIP treatment. They both talk about the college’s library and bond over their love for books. Mini calls Dhanush and reminds him of their plan. They came to a hall where someone was mopping the floor. Dhanush tells Chikoo that she can take another route and come there.
Chikoo reaches what looks like a store room and Dhanush starts scaring her by telling the story of a girl who died in the room. His friends start playing horror music and Chikoo gets scared. They then throw a dummy down the stairs and Chikoo remembers how Nupur fell off the stairs and died. Dhanush makes fun of her because of this and tells her that they were ragging her. Chikoo leaves from there in tears and goes to the roof. She takes out the watch’s strap that Nupur had in her hand and vows to find her killer.
Meanwhile, at the Joshi’s house Kamini is looking for her watch and is scolding the helpers for the same. Savitri then finds a broken strapless watch in her drawer and Kamini gets scared seeing it and takes it from her.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Dhanush tells Keshav that he is feeling like a loser, and Keshav advises him to correct his mistake. But his mother tells him that everything is fair in war and he needs to win the scholarship by any means. At the same time, Chikoo is heard saying that she will give her best to win the scholarship for Nupur. Dhanush too vows to get it for his mother’s happiness.
