Dussehra 2021: Celebrities share one bad habit they want to get rid of

Dussehra is celebrated to mark the victory of good over evil. In our movies and TV shows, we always see the good winning over the bad. On occasion, celebrities have shared one bad habit they want to get rid of.

Sindoor Ki Keemat actor Prateik Chaudhary considers himself a little messy. “I don’t keep my wardrobe or my room very clean or systematic. So I guess I’ll start keeping my wardrobe, my room clean and get rid of this bad habit,” he said.

Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein actress Ragini Nandwani said one bad habit she wants to get rid of is “losing my temper and trying to stay more calm.”

Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana actor Hasan Zaidi wants to get rid of smoking.

Nilesh Ahuja, the composer of Mehendi Lagi, calls himself a very joyful and easy going person, but he loses his calm if he works hard on something. “It doesn’t work out because of someone else’s interference or delay. I don’t accept that very easily, so I believe I have to start ignoring this,” he said.

Film Thappad actor Harssh A Singh thinks he has too many bad habits that he wants to get rid of. “I want to give up sugar and I want to give up stress. I am one of those people who can stay awake the whole night being stressed, I have already been chanting for a couple of months and ‘Nam Myoho Renge Kyo’ has helped tremendously. I want to get deeper in that practice,” he said.

Designer Anjali Phougat of Dream Collection doesn’t call back her friends due to her busy work schedule and tries to avoid people who spread negativity because it takes a lot of energy. “I like to stay focused and positive and work on my goals. I don’t like any disturbance when it comes to my passion and maintain boundaries with negative energies,” she said.

Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha actor Vijayendra Kumeria thinks he has zero tolerance for stupidity sometimes at work especially, so when people are not doing their work properly or they are not competent enough he tends to lose his temper for some time. “But then I realise not everybody is competent enough, so I step into their shoes, make them understand instead of boiling my blood. So that is one thing that I would like to be patient with,” he said.

Actress Delnaaz Irani loves this entire festive season. “Dussehra is about doing good and removing all the negativity and thinking of all the positivity of good over evil for sure. Having said that, I don’t think I have too many bad habits, but one thing is for sure that I’m super impulsive and I think too much from the heart if that is a bad habit, and I think a lot and I do everything from an impulse, sometimes I do get dejected because of that and I do feel bad and people do stab back personally and professionally. They take you for granted so there are times where you feel this is a negative thing. I should think 100 times before doing something, so my impulsive behaviour is something that I need to get rid of,” she said.

Blind love 2 actress Aalisha Panwar thinks she is very lazy when it comes to going to a party or a social gathering with friends or maybe a plan to hangout. “If I get that much time I either try to pamper myself more, relaxing my body or my mind or I might just doze off on my bed because after shooting every day when we get a day off or maybe a half-day, I just try to either relax or do some important work that needs to be done. That’s why I don’t feel like going to such gatherings and I try to avoid them so I make up excuses like I’m not well or I’m feeling low or maybe that I’m just engaged with something so cannot go. So I don’t show up. I think that is not a good habit, and I think I should go to such gatherings and be a part of those parties as well because I think at times even those things are important. I should do that. So basically, I’m not a party animal, but once in a while it cannot hurt so at least I should do that much,” she said.

Bollywood Diaries actor Salim Diwan wants to get rid of his “late Lateefness”.

“Most of the time I try really hard to reach on time at a given location, but somehow I get late around 10 to 15 minutes. So yes, this is my bad habit and I want to get rid of it,” he said.

Vidrohi actor Sharad Malhotra wants to get rid of the habit of not returning calls on time. “I get too engrossed in work. I have my mood swings too. I need to reduce that a bit. I need to be more prompt in responding to people who matter,” he said.
