I aim to merge the gap between south and bollywood : Keerthan

South Producer Keerthan Chauhan reveals that this year he will be producing remakes and a mythological film.

He says, “Currently I’m the editor of Audi India and have done more then 200 TV commercials as creative, VFX supervisor, content developer and I mostly work in south industry tamil and telugu both, I am associated with almost all the big production houses of south. And currently just trying to collaborate with studios here in hindi cinema. I aim to merge the gap between south and bollywood many times whenever it is a big deal. This year I’m planing few remakes and a mythology film.”

Keerthan, reveals that many hopes he would try his luck into acting but he’s not as of now thinking about it. “When people see my energy and my personality, they always come with a compliment and wonder if they would see me doing acting. But I’m very well planned that I would keep myself upto production. I enjoy keeping myself fit and healthy. I keep a good diet and workout limit to be healthy and active,” he said.

Keerthan feels Tollywood no more has any limitations. He tells, “Even if I keep my work ranged around Tollywood, I will never be using ‘limiting’ adjective for the same. From classics films, to motion pictures to Pan India, Tollywood is a vista, skyline, horizon! It has that splash of spice like asafoetida in lemon rise as Allu Arjun or Tarak would say! And such lemon rise i.e Tollywood is having all heart and soul for keeping up with the traditions and colours alive! But as an Indian, I have this thrive for remaking some great films like Balaya’s Akhanda or viswasam in Hindi. I am always keen on remaking great projects without tempering or mitigating the original essence of those Tolly Entertainers! And yeah about that acting; here I won’t mind performing a villan if the script demands.”
