Indian feature film TARA declared finalist at Eurasia International film festival Moscow 2022 in Russian Federation

“TARA: The Journey of Love and Passion,” directed and produced by Kumar Raj, was announced as a finalist at the Eurasia International Film Festival 2022 in Moscow, Russia. TARA was chosen as a finalist from more than a thousand films received by the film festival.

Producer and director Kumar Raj said, “I have been to Russia around 30 years ago and learned a little bit of Russian. I fell in love with the country and their culture. Russians still remember the songs of Raj Kapoor in the film ‘Awara’ and Disco dancer songs of Mithun Chakraborty and now they loved my film which will be further screened at many more places in Russia throughout the year. I feel proud as TARA was the Indian film as a finalist. The movie is very raw, filled with emotions. I’m grateful that it is being noticed and appreciated.”
