Inzamam Khan, a well known fitness influencer has revealed his secret of having toned physique. Khan who has came across the similar queries a lot of time by his fans has finally opened up and has suggested those five secret tips of his daily routine.

He says, “I’m very much concerned about my look and physique. But as they say sharing is caring , so yes I wont mind to reveal my practice secret to look fit and groomed.

The five amazing tips to have a good physique are, Firstly a healthy diet comprises a combination of different foods. These include staples like cereals (wheat, barley, rye, maize or rice) or starchy tubers or roots (potato, yam, taro or cassava). Legumes (lentils and beans). Fruit and vegetables.
Foods from animal sources (meat, fish, eggs and milk).

secondly, Consistency in working out will bring more substantial results than periodic extreme fitness routines. Working out three hours a day for one month can bring on health problems including stress fractures, tendon and muscle strains that often discourage people from continuing to workout. Try slowly increasing work out time weekly or biweekly starting with 30 minutes, three times a week and slowly making it to 60 minutes five times a week.

Third way is Regular Cardio. Regular aerobic activity, such as walking, bicycling or swimming, can help you live longer
and healthier. And the forth is all about Nutrition. It is a basic element of health. Nutrition influence the health from birth to death. A person can change one’s body composition through diet alone without exercise. However it’s the combination of both that provides a complete healthy package.
