Holi is here and with it returns the time of gaiety and celebrations. Bollywood actors have decided to add a splash of colour in their own way to celebrate Holi. For some it is important to play a safe Holi and others have planned out parties or decided to enjoy with only close family membersis a land of celebration. Actress Nikita Rawal, opens up about what excites her the most about Holi.
She says, “Holi celebration continues in our place for two long days. On day one, a bonfire is organised by the different temples. On day two, the real fun begins as people bid goodbye to winter and welcome the new season by colouring each other with colours and sharing sweets like Gujiya and laddoos. My favourite thing about Holi is ofcourse the playing with colors but I also love making rangolis. I can sit for hours perfecting the design slowly making beautiful patterns on the floor. I also look forward to dressing up in traditionals for the festivities. “
