In today’s episode of Anupamaa produced by Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi, Aadya questions Anuj about his whereabouts, and he tells her he went for a walk. Although she believes him, Anuj wishes Aadya would reunite with Anupama. Aadya expresses her happiness about being in India, and Anuj shares that India’s beauty has that effect. Aadya begins planning Anuj and Shruti’s wedding, and Anuj reflects on his memories.
Meanwhile, Kavya, Dimple, and Kinjal discuss the haldi ceremony. Kavya is worried as Vanraj hasn’t returned yet. They hear a noise and find Ishani, Pari, Ansh, and Mahi outside. Pakhi had thrown them out due to Ishani’s coughing. Kinjal lets the kids sleep in their room, and Hasmukh gets angry at Pakhi, deciding to give medicine to Ishani. Dimple is upset with Pakhi’s behavior and decides she will take care of Ishani if Pakhi won’t.
Bhavesh brings sweets for Anupama, and Devika asks for some too. Anupama encourages Bhavesh to remarry, but he refuses, citing Anupama’s own marital struggles. Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding and hopes Vanraj won’t cause trouble. Later, Hasmukh gives medicine to Ishani, who then falls unconscious, causing alarm. Vanraj rushes Ishani to the hospital, and the family is distressed. It turns out Ishani took the wrong medicine, but she recovers.
Biji and Yashdeep decide to start fresh and deal with Gulati, planning to return a partnership to Anupama. Pakhi blames Hasmukh for Ishani’s condition, shocking Anupama, who defends Hasmukh. Pakhi’s threat intensifies the tension, but the doctor assures everyone that Ishani is out of danger.
