Paurashpur back with season 3, Sherlyn Chopra plays the powerful, seductive queen Snehlata

After a successful run for two seasons, ALTT’s Paurashpur is back with its third instalment. The show is a fantasy series set in an imaginary kingdom called Paurashpur where the battle to the throne continues and gets deadly by the day.

It is all about power, betrayal, destiny, and the resilience of the human spirit in Paurashpur. It revolves around the newly crowned Queen Chandrika, her mother and former Maharani Snehlata, Mahamantri Nayanprabha, Senapati Agnivardhan, Yashodhan, Priyadarshini, Bhaumika, and Atishi.

In Paurashpur, the ancient book Bhavishya Shashtri predicts that a king will rule Paurashpur, and Chandrika will meet her end on the auspicious day of Mamas. But her mother, Snehlata, vows to make her daughter Chandrika the Maharani of Paurashpur.

The trailer for the show was quite intriguing, and fierce, with Sherlyn Chopra taking the center stage as Maharani Snehlata. She is using everything in her power to make her daughter the next queen of Paurashpur. Her ambition knows no bounds, and she orchestrates events with cunning precision, ensuring her daughter’s rise to power while keeping her own influence intact. Her actions are driven by a deep-seated fear of losing control, making her both a protective mother and a formidable adversary.

The show has been streaming since May 19, and has the audience hooked on the epic battle to rule the kingdom. The first two episodes are already out, and have been received well by the audience.

Along with Sherlyn, it also features Kajol Tyagi, and Prajakta Dusane, to name a few. With Paurashpur getting a roaring start, ALTT currently also has series like Cartel, Puraani Haveli Ka Rahasya, Dark 7 White, and Jungle Dangal, to name a few, streaming on the channel.

The OTT platform has a mixed genre of shows, making it a hit among the masses. ALTT will release the next three episodes of Paraushpur on May 25. Stay tuned.
