Regarding the honour of receiving the award, Sana shares and we quote,
“Well, I have always felt that yoga and fitness is a way of life and not a momentary thing. Just like we don’t forget to eat or shower everyday, our yoga and fitness should have that level of consistency in our life. I have been fortunate enough to understand the value of yoga and fitness since a young age and that’s why, no matter how busy or occupied I am, I always take out time for this. I feel this award is a result of my consistency. The days when I didn’t feel like it but still pushed myself, this honour is a validation of that effort. Very grateful to the organizers and everyone and this only motivates me further to work hard on my fitness. Thanks to one and all.”
