A famous face on television, Sonali Nikam turned a year older on 31st March and shared that she celebrated her special day at work followed by a small celebration at home. The actor currently seen in &TV’s Yeshu portraying Mary, Yeshu’s mother, had a low-key celebration at home with close friends and family this year on her birthday. While talking about this small but special celebration, Sonali Nikam shared, “My birthday has always remained a special occasion for me, and I usually have big birthday celebration plans. But from last year, there has been a major change in the way of celebration. I spent my day at work shooting for Yeshu, and it was indeed a pleasure to see my co-stars and team members smiling faces and wishes coming my way, followed by a small get together with my family and friends at home. I have always believed in celebrating with a few loved ones around, and this birthday was with my family, and I’m pleased about it. My mother also surprised me with my favourite delicacies.” Speaking about her past birthday celebrations, Sonali added, “I have always bought in my birthday out of town with my friends. It has always been a grand affair, but a small celebration with near and dear ones this year is also quite remarkable. I am grateful to have these people around. But I cannot wait to travel freely again and look forward to that eagerly!”
