A big and important update is coming in for all fans and admirers of Tanishaa Mukerji. The talented actress has bagged a very important role in upcoming historical epic ‘Veer Murarbaji’. The project is being helmed by Ajay Arekar and it also stars actors like Ankit Mohan, Prajakta Gaikwad, Santosh Juvekar, Sudesh Berry, Dipika Chikhlia and Harish Dudhade. The movie marks Tanishaa Mukerji’s debut in the Marathi entertainment space. The film revolves , around the mighty and loyal Mawlas, the name Randhurandhar Narveer Murarbaji Deshpande.
During an earlier conversation with Times Of India, director Ajay Arekar was quoted as saying,
“Veer Murarbaji’ revolves around a mighty and loyal Mawlas, the name Randhurandhar Narveer Murarbaji Deshpande. The film is not only for our Marathi audience, we want people all over India to watch this film. So, we approached actors from Bollywood as well.”
He further added,
“Tanishaa Mukerji has done an amazing job in the film. She speaks Marathi very well. We don’t want to discuss her role now, it’s a surprise for our audience. I can say that Tanishaa is playing an important role in our film.”
Earlier as well, whenever Tanishaa has worked in the past, she’s always managed to garner a loyal fan following and once again, the big announcement has made all her fans happy as they look forward to the project. Not just that, given the fact that this is all set to be her debut Marathi film, her admirers are very excited to witness her in a never-seen-before avatar.
