Owing to the current scenario where in leading music artists have come out in the open and spoken about the ‘Music Mafia’, Abhigyan and Mrinal Jha are proud to announce THE SOCHO PROJECT – The first-ever musical web series that throws light on the challenges faced by music artistes at the hands of the established music labels today.
With an ensemble consisting of Lopamudra Raut (of Big Boss and Fear Factor), Gunjan Utreja(The Voice India), Gaurav Khanna (C.I.D, Kumkum), Sahil Vaid (Badrinath ki dulhaniya all parts, Bitto Boss) and other prominent names, the show rightly projects the loopholes of the system while communicating that not just entry into the industry but also survival becomes a herculean task. The show also entails 25 tracks to shift the focus back on original, meaningful and lyrically driven music.
