When actors burst out laughing during serious situations!

This World Laughter Day, &TV’s artists spill the beans on their most hilarious moments. From uncontrollable laughter during serious situations to bursting out at inappropriate times, these actors share hysterical stories that will leave you in splits. These include RJ Mohit (Manoj, Doosri Maa), Yogesh Tripathi (Daroga Happu Singh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Shubhangi Atre (Angoori Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). RJ Mohit, aka Manoj from Doosri Maa, shares, “Laughter is my BFF, and we’re never apart! I love making people laugh, so I post hilarious voice-over videos on social media to bring joy to my followers. And boy, do they respond with shares and comments! But it’s not just online – I’m always cracking jokes and making people chuckle off-screen. On the set of Doosri Maa, I keep everyone in splits by mimicking them and giving voice-overs to the ridiculous situations. One time, we were shooting a scene where the police told us that Ashok was dead, and I had to cry on screen. But when I saw him walk by the camera, I couldn’t help but burst out laughing and yelled, ‘Vo kyapeeche ghum raha hai’! The whole crew and cast lost it, and we couldn’t stop giggling. Our director had to put on his serious voice to get us back on track (laughs). Life’s never dull with me around, that’s for sure!”

Yogesh Tripathi, aka Daroga Happu Singh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “Laughing at everyday problems is like putting sprinkles on your ice cream sundae of life. It sweetens the bitter moments. Let me share a funny moment about the time I wore a lungi for the first time on the set of ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan.’ I was doing a scene where Happu scolds his kids, and in the heat of the moment, my lungi decided to take a hike. Before I knew it, the mic attached to it fell to the ground. I quickly wrapped myself in a nearby blanket to avoid being the butt of everyone’s jokes. But you know what they say – laughter is contagious! The entire cast laughed at my hilarious dilemma, especially the kids. And you know what? Instead of feeling embarrassed, I decided to join in on the fun and laughed with them. The easiest way to deal with embarrassing moments is to laugh at yourself! Trust me. It works like magic. Happy World Laughter Day, everyone! Keep watching ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ for your daily dose of fun, frolic, and laughter.” Shubhangi Atre, aka Angoori Bhabi, from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “I’ve got a confession to make – I have a bit of a giggling problem. It’s been with me since I was young, and my daughter, Ashi, has inherited the same quirk. But it just means we’re best buds with an unbreakable bond! I may be a strict mom, but I also know how to bring laughs. One time, Ashi had a school assignment due the next day, but she hadn’t finished it yet. I was a little taken aback, but then I realized – she was pulling a prank on me! I was on her case, giving her the “importance of time” talk, and suddenly she started smiling and laughing. That incident taught me that humour can be an amazing tool for parenting. It can diffuse tense situations and make even the grumpiest person smile. So let’s keep laughing, my friends! Happy World Laughter Day, everyone! Laughter is the best medicine and a great way to bond with your loved ones. Humesha Haste Rahiye Aur Haaste Rahiye!”
