The Tuesday episode of Rajan Shahi’s “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” saw Akshara and Abhimanyu sorting out their differences. They hug it out. Akshara then tells Abhimanyu that they will somehow fix things between Kairav and Anisha but what if someday they actually fight. Abhimanyu tells her that he tries to control his anger and feels that what if someday he does the unthinkable and all he is left with is regret. Akshara then assures him that nothing as such will happen.
After a while, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that good doctors are very bad spy indicating that Aarohi is standing at the door. Aarohi then comes inside and asks them what he is doing there. Akshar tells her that even they fought because of what happened at the Birla house and they were just trying to fix it. Aarohi tells her that even Manish is upset with whatever happened and they should call him too and apologise. Abhimanyu asks her if she is blackmailing them and tells her that he saw Manish pressing his arm often and had come to give medicines for him. He asks her to call him and tells her that while he is there he will check Manish’s hand too. As soon as Aarohi shouts “Bade papa”, Manish comes there. He asks them why did they call him. Aarohi and Akshara then realise Abhimanyu is not there and Aarohi tells Manish that he has pain in his arms and he has not even informed them. Akshara too tells him that they were discussing that. Abhimanyu realises that Manish is very stressed but is confident that together Akshara and Aarohi will take care of him.
Meanwhile, at the Birla house, Anisha decides to leave. Neil and Paarth try to stop her but she doesn’t. Just then Aanand and Mahima come there and ask her to leave because they are ashamed of her. Manjari and Harshvardhan try to convince Mahima and Aanand but in vain.
At the same time, Akshara gives Manish dinner for Kairav and tells him that he should talk to him. Manish asks Kairav what is bothering him and he tells him that he left Anisha for the family because he knows that there are so many issues between both the families, and he doesn’t want to increase any more trouble for them.
Later, Abhimanyu stops Anisha at the exit. He brings her back home and tries to talk to Mahima and Aanand in letting her stay. But they refuse to listen to him. Later, Abhimanyu gives Anisha a doll which they recall was Anisha’s and Abhimanyu had fixed it for her. He tells her that he wants the fees of his first surgery which he performed on her doll and asks her to stay. Anisha agrees and he then takes her inside.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Akshara is crying and calls Abhimanyu. She tells him that she is missing her mother a lot and is reading her diary. The next day she is surprised by all the things that Naira wrote in the diary, be it the soft pink blanket, kachoris or a unicorn.
