Being the Owner and Creator of @KaShi Silver Jewellery, I feel extremely proud and honoured to be a part of “35MMCREATIONS” & their short length Frankly Friendly, because it is made by a strong and self-made woman – Simita Kundu. I can totally relate to the mission and vision she has created for her production house as well as the kind of team she has built.
Women are sorely underrepresented even in today’s world and are often given lesser chances, to do something that matters, to build a career, to be independent and successful on their own terms …the list is quite long. There is definitely a gender disparity. And we women have to support each other to grow and achieve our dreams together!
