Popular television actress, Parakh Madan is best known for her powerful performances in shows like Bade Ache Lagte Hai, Desh Ki Beti Nandini, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Kalash Ek Vishwaas amongst the others. She was also featured in pivotal roles in films like Dev D and the recent blockbuster Kabir Singh. But the actress has been missing from the screen for quite a long now. She was suffering from FUO for which she had to undergo several treatments too.
Post her health break, Parakh has come back to form and will be seen in Zee TV’s upcoming show, Qurbaan Hua in a negative role. Speaking about the break she says, “I was suffering from a condition which in medical terms is called FUO (fevers of unknown origins). For 2 years, I underwent every possible test and scan, and nothing was diagnosed. So I suffered in the dark… Without any hope, without any solution.”
Parakh adds, “But now I have recovered. Medical support, prayers and blessings from family and friends have helped. I am back to work now… And have already started getting calls for some interesting projects. I have done a couple of good shows and I want to do something powerful and strong as the last ones.”
Parakh wants to do women oriented shows and scripts that have a strong message as a take away for the audience.
